Oooh, Mao-chan, this is pretty! ^^

I know how you think about people looking for coloured pictures, I have the same problem (No one likes my sketches)*coughes*. Anyway, a real eyecatch, it shows how you have improved! ^-^ Memphis' hair looks really nice and smooth, it is the first time I see highlights in black hair and the black hair actually is black! I know this sounds odd but on your previous pictures, the colour wasn't really black, in my opinion.. I don't mean to offend you >_< Memphis looks so calm and shy, but that is a good thing! ^^

Your shading and work on the background (like the grass or the 'fence' ) really have improved and something very important to note is that even though it is black-white, the shading on the scenery indicates the sun is setting! ^^ The only thing I could mention is that you could have shaded Memphis herself too to confirm that the sun is setting x.x

I want to give her a hug. It's something about the direction her head is pointing, the way her ankles are crossed, and the way her arms are close to her body. It's cute.

onee chan thanks a lot for commenting on the ways i've improved my art and yeah i had a bit of dificulty in painting black cuz of my pencil but i bought a new one so it was a bit easier but well it still gets all dirty the paper after and can't do much about it TT; but thanks for pointing it <3 *hugs*
